My Approach

Life events often push us to do the uncomfortable work of determining who we are and what we need. Whether through experiencing losses or realizing we don’t feel satisfied, we realize that the path we’re on no longer fulfills us.  It is at these moments that we need to return to ourselves and do the work of self-exploration.  

I strive to create a safe environment and provide support for this rewarding process.  As we work together, we will identify goals and core values that will help shape our path to achieving them. Our sessions will also explore thought patterns that you have about yourself and the world around you. Together we will focus on implementing healthy coping strategies and realistic, empowering self-talk.
